Rates shown do not include 7% state tax. Children 5 and under are free. Additional guests are $10 per night per person for our cabins and $15 per night per person for our lodges. Rates are subject to change.
Reservations: Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. Current guests have the option to rebook the same cabin for the same dates next year if they do so before their departure.
All accommodations: All cabins and lodges are fully furnished including all linens, cable TV, telephones with modem ports, clocks and hairdryers. Kitchen cabins also include dishes, cookware, coffeepot, toaster, microwave, stove and refrigerator, Deluxe cabins and lodges have dishwashers. Daily housekeeping is provided for all accommodations, but does not include doing dishes in kitchen cabins. An extra fee of $25 per day is charged for this service.
Other Ammenities: Free wireless is available in and around the office and in most of our Creekside Cabins. A complementary visit to Madison Square Fitness Center is offered to our guests. A fee is charged for additional visits. Bear Creek Meadow and the grounds of El Western are available for strolling or relaxing. All accommodations have cable TV, hairdryers and telephones.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies for Cabins: An advance deposit is required for all reservations. We prefer personal checks for advance deposits, but also accept VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover cards. All cancellations are subject to a rebooking fee. Deposits for our Mountainside cabins become non-refundable 30 days prior to the arrival date; for our Creekside cabins deposits become non-refundable 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds are made for early departure. Balance of payment is due upon arrival. Stays of more than 10 nights and/or group bookings in any cabin require a non-refundable deposit.

Pet Policy: Dogs only. Dogs are welcome for $10 per pet per night fee - limit 2. Dogs may not be left unattended in the cabins or tied outside. Owners are responsible for controlling and cleaning up after their dog. Pets are not allowed in the Eagle's Loft. Some breeds are restricted - please ask for details.
